As a homeowner and not a business, I wasn't sure what to expect when I decided to check out SiteOne. Upon arrival, I noticed a fair amount of staff and a ton of options for stone and brick projects. After entering, I noticed aisles marked and laid out in a way that made sense to me. There seemed to be a section for any and all lawn care needs including tools, irrigation, seed, lighting etc. I was after a recommended backpack sprayer and some chemicals for my lawn. After taking a lap, an employee Kenny approached me and asked if I needed help. I told him what I was after, and he began gathering the items together. I then asked for some advice and out poured the knowledge. Kenny was very informative and seemed to be very confident in his answers without making me feel like I was being talked down or preached at. We talked herbicide, fertilizer, and then grass seed. He even provided a printed guide for seasonal care and what products are suited for use. I was very pleased with the conversation and didn't feel rushed, I felt like this business was there for all customers and wanted to ensure a great experience. Horrible people. Parked very dangerously against the flow of traffic at a dangerous turn blocking my driveway. They did move it up into traffic after I asked them to not block my driveway. But how they are parked it causes cars to swerve around them to take the turn. Almost cause a few accidents and they didn’t care. Don’t work with companies that don’t care about yours and your neighbors safety
